A & Z Consulting: What We’ve Been Through, Where We Are Now, And Where We’re Headed!
As we come out of 2020 and 2021, these two years have taught us a lot about ourselves as a company. We’ve realized that we need to be stronger and more prepared for what lies ahead.
While we are cautiously optimistic about future business, the ups and downs of the past year and a half have left us with some uncertainty.
When lockdowns began in early 2020, none of us could have predicted the long journey ahead. We faced supply chain challenges and had to adapt to them and also find new products that are healthy and provide a more rich lifestyle.
In the mainstream generic way of running a business, these logistical challenges made us lose hundreds of thousands in lost revenue. We had to opt-in to find other alternative health products that are not so dependent on imported raw materials. All in all, 2021 was a year of full restructuring for the company.
Now that everything is back up and running, we’re continuing to restructure and acquire new consumers and services to boost our basket and revenue in the long run, which is five years.
Here are five changes we plan for the coming year.
1. Doing business with local manufacturing facilities
It will give us an opportunity to sell our new and healthy made products from Canada to the world.
2. Change in the supply approach
We will focus on air logistics other than sea logistics. These short terms are a little more expensive; however, they will ensure stable prices and fast service over the long term.
3. Establishing, hiring, and working on the grounds
Establishing, hiring, and working on the grounds in current markets (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and Jordan) by adding more industry inclined professionals who, in addition to their regular jobs, can work with us and service us in return for an attractive 100% commission based payment through acquired new accounts and businesses. It will give our company much more needed revenue and provide better service to our existing and new customers.
4. Establish a buying office
We plan to establish a buying office for other customers in North America to our clients from around the world where we will be able to charge a fee and percentage on the sales. It will give us additional revenue and help our customers (existing or new) get their own needed products that we do not carry.
5. Helping other suppliers
Helping other suppliers penetrate the North American market through our network will aid in increasing revenue and support other international suppliers in looking at expanding their businesses in North America.
